ＪＴ：神奈川県の喫煙アンケート、社員を動員 [JAPAN as the smoker's heaven]
公共の場での喫煙規制条例の是非を問う神奈川県のホームページ上のアンケートに、日本たばこ産業（ＪＴ、東京都港区）が社員を動員して回答させていたことが分かった。横浜、千葉など首都圏５支店に１月９日から数回、回答を依頼し、支店が愛煙家団体や販売店にも協力要請したという。アンケートは締め切り直前に反対が賛成を上回った。ＪＴ広報部は「必ず反対するようには言っていない」とコメントしている。
アンケートは県のホームページで、メールアドレスを登録すれば匿名で回答できる。昨年１２月２７日～今年１月２６日の１カ月間、条例制定の賛否を問う質問に４０４７人が回答。当初は賛成が圧倒的だったが、締め切り２日前に賛否が逆転、最終結果は反対１９８５人対賛成１７３８人だった。
松沢成文知事は１４日の会見で「組織的な動きを誘発する可能性がある」と述べ、統計的に有効なアンケートをする姿勢を示した。【足立旬子】

Passive Smoke Is Not Our Choice !! [JAPAN as the smoker's heaven]
Passive smoke is not my choice.
But I do passive smoke everyday.
Why does it happen ?
I see bad smokers on street, and the smoke coming out from their mouths and the cigarettes in their hands.
It flows in the air and we have to inhale it.
We smoke, we passively smoke.
Why do they smoke ? Because they are addicted to it. It's a drug, they have to obtain nicotine and maintain it inside of their blood. When the nicotine in their body disappears, they have to inhale it. They smoke, that's why.
I don't care whether if they smoke or not because somehow smoking is their right. They can smoke if they are 20 years old or older in Japan, unfortunately.
But what about our right of not smoking ? We don't want to inhale the cigarette smoke but they smoke in public so we have no choice, we need to inhale it and dirty our lungs too. Why can they simply smoke in a closed smoking room ?

Everyday, when I go out, I see smokers on streets. Everyday, every night, everywhere, there are the smokers. I don't know why they cannot refrain from smoking outside. I don't know why they just cannot smoke only in a smoking room and don't in public. I don't know why I have to smell and inhale it in the place opened for everybody. I don't know really why I cannot avoid it in public places. Because we are in Japan ? Yes, that's the reason why. Does it mean that people in Japan have to stand it and say nothing to these smokers in public ? Maybe, we cannot say no to them, not yet, not yet.... they might carry a knife and kill me or kill you when we say "please don't smoke on a street in public." This shit could happen even in this safe country.

5) 店頭での陳列販売は助長するから駄目。禁煙したい人をいじめすぎ。
6)公共の場所（路上、公園）は禁煙。喫煙室で吸いなさい。
7)未成年が入る施設（食堂含）は禁煙か完全分煙 は必至。未成年の受動喫煙はなぜ合法か？
8)歩行喫煙は処罰せよ。喫煙室で吸えばよい。立小便と同じ事。
9)未成年に販売した場合、販売店から権利没収。未成年を煙草から守れ。
10)喫煙を助長するテレビ番組などは禁止すべき。やるのであれば、例えば10秒以上、喫煙の危険性を訴える警告を映像つきで流せばよい。
吸いたい人はルールを守って、吸わない我々との協調を考えるべき。自己の主張だけを言うのであれば、隣人の騒音問題など、どうして解決できようか？
すうなら、喫煙室で吸えばいいのです。禁煙しろとは言っていないのだから。
